Marketing Meeting & Caravan 

Members may join us Thursday mornings to hear an informative speaker, network and go on Caravan to see the latest listings. The Marketing Meeting is Thursdays 8:30 AM - 9:30 AM. The Caravan Tour is from 9:30 AM - Noon.

 Caravan Request & Payment Form

ALL INFORMATION ON HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR CARAVAN IS ON THE FORM. SUBMISSIONS MUST BE IN THE MLS AND INCLUDE AN MLS LISTING # BY TUESDAY @ 5:00 PM. PLEASE GIVE US A CALL FOR ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS REGARDING PROPER CARAVAN SUBMISSION. 

Out of area listings will also need the following two forms: Burbank Permit Application & Open House Signs Package. Follow up with the City of Burbank for more information on permits, signs & stickers: (818) 238-3950.

Members and non-members may submit a listing for inclusion on the Caravan list and presentation, and may also pitch the listing if attending. The list is printed with the information you provide, as well as detailed property information from the MLS. A Powerpoint is also created with the Photo, Price and Agent name. 
 
*If there is a last-minute addition, it will not be published in our materials, but may only be pitched by the agent or a rep at the meeting podium if it has first been paid for in our office. The cost is only $5.
 
ONLY Burbank listings will be included in the map. Out of area properties will ONLY be listed.
