Our #1 priority is the health and wellbeing of our members and their families, staff, and the community. In compliance with California Governor Gavin Newsom’s statewide Executive Order N-33-20, BAOR will be closing its doors to the public as of Tuesday, March 24th, until such time the authorities deem it safe to reopen.


Staff will, for the most part, be working remotely and will have limited in-office hours during the "Safer at Home" order. We will continue to communicate with our members via email during regular business hours, from 8 am to 4 pm, Monday through Friday. Why am I asked to log in again?

Question: Why are user's asked to log in a second time to the MLS or IMS modules after logging into this website?

Answer: There can be several reasons for this:

  1.  Your account does not have access to the MLS. Some bill types may not have access to the MLS. Please check with your MLS to make sure your account is configured correctly.
  2. You are using a browser that is configured to require one or both sites to be added to the trusted sites list. To add your site to the trusted sites list, follow the steps below in Internet Explorer:
    1. Launch Control Panel
    2. In the list, find Internet Options (if View by: is set to Category, select Network and Internet then Internet Options)
    3. Select the Security tab
    4. Click on the Trusted Sites icon (green check mark)
    5. Click on the sites button (just below the icons)
    6. Uncheck the box at the bottom of this page that says, "Require server verification (https:) for all sizes in this zone
    7. Type *.rapmls.com in the Add this website to the zone box.
    8. Click Add
    9. Click Close to close this page
    10. Click Ok to close this page
    11. Close ALL your browsers (Important!)
    12. To test:
      1. Launch Internet Explorer (or Chrome, Firefox, Safari)
      2. Log in again
      3. Click on the Rapattoni MLS button
