Dear Friends and Community Members,
The Burbank Association of REALTORS® Community Service Foundation is the charitable arm of our Association of REALTORS® and was formed in 1986. Since its formation, the Foundation has contributed to many organizations in Burbank, including but not limited to local schools, Habitat for Humanity, Burbank YMCA, Burbank Temporary Aid Center, Kids Community Dental Clinic, Family Promise, Lions Club as well as providing scholarships to dozens of Burbank High School students, and recently scholarships for adult continuing education.
We have several fundraisers during the year but our signature event that we raise most of our funds is through our Charity Auction that we hold every September.
We are asking for your help securing items that may be auctioned off that evening. In past we have had vacation packages, weekend getaways, gift certificates, tickets to theatres and sporting events, TV's, fine wines, massages, food baskets -anything you could think of.
In order for our event to be a success we need everyone’s help. So look to all your resources -family, friends and business associates for donations. Donations are due in by September 8, 2014 and can be dropped off at the Burbank Association of REALTORS® office at 2006 W. Magnolia Blvd. or to any committee member.
We will also be having a Reverse Drawing with 125 tickets being sold at $100. The first prize will be $2000, second prize $1000 and third prize $500. Sponsorship opportunities are also available.
