REALTOR® Membership
REALTOR® membership follows the calendar year — January 1 through December 31, regardless of when you join.
Annual dues for renewing members are due by January 1 each year.
CRMLS Membership
CRMLS membership runs from March 1 through the last day of February, regardless of when you join.
Annual renewal dues are due by March 1 each year.
Supra Membership
Supra membership runs from August 1 through July 31, regardless of when you join.
Annual renewal dues are due by August 1 each year.
Application Processing
Once your application is submitted, our team will begin processing it during regular business hours:
Monday–Friday | 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Please allow 1–2 business days for processing. We often complete applications sooner, but we appreciate your patience during this time.

Choose from One of these Membership Classes
The Burbank Association of REALTORS® offers many different classes of membership: Designated REALTOR®, REALTOR®, Broker, Appraiser, MLS Assistant, MLS Only and Affiliate to name a few. In addition, we have honorary membership for those who qualify.
Members of the Association pay dues to the Association for access to a multitude of highly sophisticated and valuable products and services, which are either free or fee-based.
Designated REALTOR®
Each firm must designate in writing a Designated REALTOR® who will be responsible for all of the duties and obligations of licensees associated with the Designated REALTOR®, including the obligation to arbitrate disputes pursuant to Article 17 of the Code of Ethics and to pay Association dues as established in the Bylaws. The Designated REALTOR® must be a sole proprietor, partner, corporate officer or branch office manager of the firm capable of acting on behalf of the firm's principal(s) and must meet the other qualifications for REALTOR® membership established in the Bylaws. The Designated REALTOR® must be actively engaged in the real estate profession, and maintain a current, valid real estate broker's license or be licensed or certified by an appropriate State regulatory agency to engage in the appraisal of real property.
