BAOR Thursday Morning Caravan Meeting is back via Zoom!

Join your fellow REALTORS® online via Zoom every Thursday at 9:00 am. We are thrilled to bring the marketing portion of these meetings back; however, please note that there will not be an actual caravan as Open Houses are NOT permitted the State of California and the County of Los Angeles.

For property showings, please refer to the safer at home orders applicable to the county or city in which you are showing the property. 


How to submit a Virtual Caravan Request

The Virtual Caravan Request form must be submitted by email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.; NO fax submissions or voice mail requests will be accepted.

The firm deadline to submit a request is Tuesdays at 5:00 pm.

The listing must be in Active status on MLS. Coming Soon status is not allowed.


Virtual Caravan Meeting Pitch Rules

The BAOR Caravan meetings are held virtually via Zoom on Thursday, beginning at 9:00 am.

The agent, or their representative, must be present online via Zoom to present the listing(s).

A maximum of 60 seconds is allowed for each pitch or as designated by the meeting MC.

Members and non-members may submit a listing for inclusion on the Caravan list and presentation, and may also pitch the listing if attending. The list is printed with the information you provide, as well as detailed property information from the MLS. A Powerpoint is also created with the Photo, Price and Agent name. 
*If there is a last-minute addition, it will not be published in our materials, but may only be pitched by the agent or a rep at the meeting if it has first been paid for in our office. The cost is only $5.
