Join us every Thursday at 8:30 a.m. to connect with fellow REALTORS® and Affiliates in person. This is a fantastic opportunity to network and stay informed about the current state of real estate. You will also get a sneak peek at the latest listings. The meeting will take place on the 2nd floor of BAOR, located at 2006 West Magnolia Blvd., Burbank, CA 91506. Don’t miss out!

HOW TO SUBMIT A CARAVAN LISTING REQUEST

Anyone, regardless of membership status, can submit a listing for the weekly Caravan Tour list. We also welcome listings from outside the area. 

To submit a request, please fill out the Caravan Request form and email it to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Please note that we do not accept submissions via fax or voicemail. The deadline for submitting requests is every Tuesday by 4:00 p.m. Additionally, the listing must be active on MLS; listings marked as "Coming Soon" are not permitted.

CARAVAN MEETING PITCH RULES

To present a listing, the agent or their representative must be physically present. Each pitch is limited to 60 seconds unless otherwise specified by the meeting MC. If you plan to pitch at our weekly caravan, please arrive by 9:00 a.m.
